About us

We are a team of professional speakers, authors, and youth experts. Back in 2022, we were brainstorming ways we could help prevent school shootings. We all agreed that we needed to think of something, anything, that we could do to help with this completely unnacceptable horror that exists in our country. The main ideas we discussed were how important it is to inspire kindness. We need kids to think kindness is cool, fun, and exciting! The idea for a kindness award was born! If other kids see kindness being celebrated and honored in a fun way, it just might inspire them to want to be kind as well. We all know kindness is one of the most powerful forces on the planet, if we can inspire more kids to be kind, we know we can help other kids who might be struggling, to feel more included, more seen, and more connected.
